Identify actionable targets that fit the client’s strategic objective. Avoid competing bids of other interested parties until completion of the transaction. Solve intercultural challenges between a public US corporation and private European entrepreneurs.
Results
Identification and qualification of about 100 potentially suited production sites in several CEE countries; selection of top three targets. Ensuring a proprietary acquisition process with the most suitable target. End-to-end support of the entire transaction process including valuation, due diligence and negotiations.
