Managing an inexperienced seller with a complex family situation. Cultural differences between buyer and seller regarding the size of the companies (industrial group with €3 billion in revenue vs. small company with €8 million in revenue).
Results
Successful completion of the transaction within four months with satisfied buyer and seller. The management of Harald Zahn GmbH remains on board and is driving the integration.
