Approach
PERI, a leading international company in the field of formwork, scaffolding and engineering that had so far grown purely organically, aimed to expand into renovation and redevelopment of formwork via anorganic growth.
Challenges
Both companies competed heavily in the same market. Previous negotiations had failed due to misunderstandings and a valuation gap. This required the setup of a process to discuss and align differing views and ensure full due diligence.
Results
Clarification of the initial situation with both parties and preparation of a LOI that resolved past differences. Support throughout the transaction process up to its conclusion, including valuation, due diligence and negotiations.
