New business model for education company
A corporate group in the adult education sector with a real estate portfolio of over 50,000 m² for training and accommodation realised losses in its core business. Therefore, a new business field was sought, found and developed. This utilises almost 20,000 m² of vacant property, generates distinctly positive contribution margins and ensures the group's profitability.
