Mark Walther, the managing partner of Walther Transaction, spent nine years as managing director of two German medium-sized companies and has 22 years of experience in transaction and management consulting. His professional passion is the realisation of company sales and acquisitions with over 125 completed transactions as well as the further development of business models.

In total, the team of Walther Transacion has more than 80 years of experience in the management and consulting of medium-sized companies and can refer to more than 200 successfully completed corporate transactions (company sales and acquisitions) from all corporate situations.
