Mark Walther, managing partner, spent nine years as managing director of two German medium-sized companies and has 25 years of experience in transaction and management consulting. His professional passion is the realisation of company sales and acquisitions as well as the development and growth of business models.

Stefan Kroeker, partner, has been advising for over 20 years on all types of cross-border M&A transactions, His advisory experience is complemented by positions as investor or board member. He loves briding the gap in challenging transactional situations in order to strike a deal and enable a successful closing.
